This crossing has now been upgraded for high speed rail, and has quad gates. The concrete median that separated the two lanes has also been removed. The below picture was taken about a week ago.
The eventual goal for this area is to have the tracks go up and over the road and re-configure this intersection a little further west than it currently is. That is just a rumor though at this point and could be years away from actually happening.
