Two more crossings in Courtland to be closed

Post by freebrickproductions »

Went out to Courtland, AL today, only to find out that Monroe Street has also gotten closed:

According to this document posted at the crossing it seems that it was closed due to the fact that it didn't get much traffic:

However, since the relay case is still hooked-up, the signals still activate for trains:

Though based on the document, Water Street will be the next crossing to get closed, as it was still open when I went through there...

Seems to be a bit of a waste for signals that are only about 2 and 1/2 years old, though... :glare:
They/Them for me, please.
