Update at Brown Street in Tullahoma, TN

CSX replaced the GRS gate mechanisms that the crossing had with new Siemens ones sometime earlier this year, for some reason. Interestingly enough, they re-used the old gate arms and gate lights so it would be interesting to know if the gate lights on the signal without a bell still have the messed-up flashing patter.

Some people on YouTube have pointed out some wires coming out of the masts that I missed the first time around. It appears that CSX is going to replace the signals entirely, but has yet to put up any new lights or the new bell yet.
