Found this video on YouTube today showing the North Street (WI 20) crossing in East Troy, WI with it's WRRS motor-bells, which are still there and in use! The lights have also gotten an LED upgrade since the pictures were taken for the site.

I was just thinking about that railroad yesterday. It is kind of disappointing that the incandescent lights are gone but I'm glad that that was probably the only major change. Sense the East Troy Electric Railroad is apart of the East Troy Railroad Museum I wonder if they kept the lights after they were removed.

very lucky to live two-three blocks away from three teardrop bells. one of which i see at least once a week!

That's been known. Drawbridges tend to use motor-bells at them, as the motor bells are powered by AC power.
