This bridge on W 18th Street, Chicago has two motor (or possibly AC) bells on either side, plus what looks like some kind of locomotive bell. I wonder what it's for?

Yeah, those are WCH motor bells. I believe I may have posted those awhile back in this topic, too.McK&H.Aust wrote:This bridge on W 18th Street, Chicago has two motor (or possibly AC) bells on either side, plus what looks like some kind of locomotive bell. I wonder what it's for?

That's not a WCH/WRRS motor-bell. It's some kind of other brand, and I'm not sure who made them.ToledoRailfan wrote:Here are two for a lift bridge in Cleveland.

Do you think you can get some close-ups of them and let me know if there's a brand on them?ZachL wrote:Those are pretty much on all the drawbridge crossings here in Tampa.freebrickproductions wrote:That's not a WCH/WRRS motor-bell. Unfortunately not since I don't ever have the time to go into Tampa (I live outside the city to the east), plus I cannot drive at the moment per doctor ordersfreebrickproductions wrote:Do you think you can get some close-ups of them and let me know if there's a brand on them?ZachL wrote:Those are pretty much on all the drawbridge crossings here in Tampa.freebrickproductions wrote:That's not a WCH/WRRS motor-bell.
