I doubt that these were made by WCH or WRRS, but they are motor bells.
Here's a few I found in and around the Miami area.

Here are the bells on the NW 27th Ave Drawbridge.

I don't know if they've been painted orange or it's the rust that gave them that color.
These are also the type with the rounded motor box.

This one is on the famous Venetian Way. These are in pretty good condition.

This one isn't in Miami, but little north in Hallandale Beach.
Here you can see the back of the motor bell, alongside the WCH bell.

To wrap this up for tonight here's an odd find on the Snake Creek Drawbridge.
It appears to be an normal motor bell, but without a rainshield. All I know is that it was replaced by a WCH Bell probably in 2010.
