Not quite a bell, but here's an alarm over in the UK that starts out rather fast and then goes into a completely flat tone:

I found out that WRRS Mechanical Bell I recorded up near Franklin, Kentucky sounds rather flat.

For clarity, Ybor City is not a city on its own; it's a part of the city of Tampa.

very lucky to live two-three blocks away from three teardrop bells. one of which i see at least once a week!
