Looks like the GS Type 1 at Tracy Road in Hilliard, Florida is starting to have issues of its own. (Skip to 1:23)

The WCH mechanical bell is still dead there.

The flat WCH mechanical bell featured in a video earlier in the thread is still there, along with another weak-sounding WCH mechanical bell at 3:10 in this video:
There should be a legal limit as to how humid it can be on any given day during the summer here in the South...

Sounds like that first one is just hitting some rust inside.

One of the Hybrid bells at 5:45 sounds like it's having trouble ringing:

A rather flat Safetran mechanical bell can be heard at a few points in this video:

An early CSX signal there as well.
