What gate lights are these?

What gate lights are these?

i found a couple of crossing on the union pacific valley subdivision which has a couple of crossing with these weird gate lights. one of which is on a crossing with pedestal gates because this line is home to nothing but pedestal gtes and wabco triangle gates

very lucky to live two-three blocks away from three teardrop bells. one of which i see at least once a week!

They're made by Electro-Tech, the same people who make the "Union Pacific" LEDs.
