Here's a video of a Safetran type 3 high-pitched! Anyone know why some type 3's are like this?

It depends on how the railroad orders it. Some railroads prefer them with the higher-pitch, while others use the low-pitch.

Also, when trying to embed a video, everything after the video ID (so, in the URL, anything from an & and beyond, such as &t=1s) will not let you embed the video for some reason (it's an issue on YouTube's end).
So basically, this won't work:

I was using my phone to record that. Why does LG make plastic camera lenses?
