Don't believe so, unless this one (which, based on the design, I doubt):
The Orange Empire Railway Museum also has one of the above design:

Want to say there are a couple that survive, likely only in private collections, since there are a couple of videos of one (from WRRS) on YouTube.
Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any that have survived on any lines here in the US (certainly any that are active, at least), unless there's one tucked-away somewhere where there isn't street view.
The CSX Dothan Sub does have a couple of crossings where the base of the bell survives, but the bell itself has long-since been replaced by a standard WRRS 222. That's probably the closest you'll get to one anymore, though.

Looks like it might be one! Doubt it works though with the 1203 mounted right below it.flat train wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2020 2:19 pmI might of found one on a Chicago drawbridge! https://www.google.com/maps/@41.8577536 ... 6656?hl=en

No I don't think so too. I'm going to look for more. Just found another! https://www.google.com/maps/@41.8577534 ... 6656?hl=en

Unfortunately I’m doubtful that any remain on active crossings, although a few still have the original bases for the bell, but the original bell itself got replaced with a WRRS 222 bell.
Bells go "ding". Lights go "flash". And the WCH Gate Mechanism at Kirkwood Road goes "chigRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr".
