I didn't include this in the bell only thread because I doubt the bell is operational. This line is seldom used. Almost all the signals along it were dismantled down to just crossbucks.
I'd say it can go there as well. A few downgraded crossings with bells have been posted in there before. Also, it looks like the relay case is disconnected, as the wires on this pole don't appear to be hooked to anything:

I think that's actually a different crossing. The scenery doesn't look the same. If you skip to 2:20, it appears that the signal shown there has the mini-bell still. However, I don't think it's sounding.
