Neat to see one painted black like that, guessing it must've replaced an older bell from the Seaboard.

And it's on SGLR's (Seminole Gulf Railway) better-maintained line as well.

That's a pretty unusual set-up as well. Wonder why there's essentially two crossings there, with one of them blocked-off?
