Considering the NEG e-bell on the gate mast just below it, I have to wonder if it still works.

This is located on the Grand Rapids Eastern Railroad -- doesn't see too much action

This is the only one that I know of in Grand Rapids at the moment...
Looks like the lights were upgraded from 8 inch to 12x24 inch.

There used to be one at Gaffney Street in Pascoe Vale, Victoria (It was replaced with a GS E-Bell between 2007-2009). Possibly the only Safetran Type 1 E-Bell in Melbourne.
