The other side of the crossing has a Safetran hybrid. Street view doesn't have a good view of it, but this is the signal that it's on:

That signal warns the right turn lane from John Nolen Drive onto Broom Street.
Interesting setup at that crossing... the fact that they have a separate gate (with the cantilever) for the first track, then another set of gates for the second track. Have you seen that crossing operate? Do all gates descend no matter which track the train is on?

Unfortunately, I have not seen that crossing operate. One time I waited and waited for a train there, only to find that it had stopped in the yard and I ended up getting it at a different crossing.

I would suspect that the two inner gates (the mast signal with the ASC bell and its counterpart for the other lane) stay up when a train uses the track close to the cantilever, to allow traffic to clear.

West Ave., Elmhurst, IL:

Apparently, according to a post earlier in this thread, the town had two or three left, but it appears UP has removed all but this one.

It's been ages since I posted, but a few of the crossings on the Sacramento Light Rail line have them. I filmed there back in 2013 and I'll have to find the videos at some point.
