There’s a wishbone gate at the Museum of Transportation in Kirkwood, MO
You’ll want to make sure your satellite view is on
Hard to tell from the satellite imagery. would need to see a picture or video of it
Here a different one at the same place

That signal used to be operational from one of trainmankight's older videos. Idk if it's still up on YouTube or not. I know for a fact that the museum used to have a crossing with actual signals before they relocated their train and added those miniature signals. I actually got to see this signal and the other signal back in 2016 when I went to St Louis.
Proud owner of a safetran mechanical bell and Griswold mechanical bell along with a pair of safetran 12x20 lights and a 8 inch light. Been a fan of trains since I was little. Main place I railfan on, The Sedalia Sub.

Here's one I just stumbled across at Mill Street in Danville, PA, while looking for the crossing with just one gate arm I found once:

(Still haven't found that other crossing yet though.)

EDIT: Looks like all of the ped gates at this crossing on Market Street in Lewisburg, PA, are wooden as well:

both are gone unfortunately

Strange that they eliminated ped-gates completely at both of the crossings, and didn't at least put up some kind of barrier maze to at least make people think a little. Something kinda like this... https://www.google.com/maps/@42.0428263 ... ?entry=ttu
The overall new setup at Mill Street is really unique though.
Edit:
Found a vid of the mini bells and 'bones in operation!
Well, :Censored:
