Signal on the left: 4 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a dead General Signals Type-1 e-bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and NEG gate lights.
Far median signal: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a Safetran gate mechanism, and NEG gate lights.
Near median signal: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a Generals Signals Type-1 e-bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.

Got another video of the crossing today. The bell here now rings until the gates rise, interestingly enough! Also, it turns out that the cantilever does work, but it's a bit hard to hear as it's somewhat quiet.

The traffic lights are wired to both crossings along Holmes Avenue. It's always fun when the HMCR is doing a lot of switching at Holmes Avenue, keeping the light red for a long-ish time, and right as they finish up, a train on the NS comes through.

According to some of the other local railfans, you can almost see the steam coming out of their ears! :LOL3:

Got a video today of NS 117 going through this crossing with 8 engines shortly after the HMCR did a bit of switching at their crossing just down the street:
