I haven't gotten to this wigwag yet, but I talked to a signal maintainer about it and he said that the wigwag is historical and won't be removed, unless it gets destroyed by a truck, which being on a very minor road, that's not very likely.

Wonder if the semaphores on that line are the same way?
They/Them for me, please.

August 2018, and it seems like some kind soul (most likely a BNSF signal maintainer) painted the wigwag over.

Yea, though, IIRC, they're on the part of the line that's in New Mexico. Still just the same two Amtrak trains a day as well though.

Huh, I could have sworn that was a mainline. Is BNSF not sending any traffic onto the line anymore?

Don't believe they do, at least usually anyways.

Quick bump! I'm a little late on posting this, but a couple months ago, I was finally able to film the wig-wag! There are no changes that I could see. I also took pictures to update this crossing on the site, as it's VERY outdated. The wig-wag was doing great!

I also filmed it at night!

Off-topic, but I also filmed CR 76.5, the other crossing on the site!
