My first time catching a train at this crossing. This crossing is located on the UP Sedalia Sub. Sadly the wch mechanical bell on the closest signal is dying. :Awww:
I doubt UP will fix this bell seeing as how they replaced the dead bells at Sterling Ave, Harvard Ave #1, And Claremont Ave. The bell sequence at this crossing has the bells ring from startup until the gates lower, and back again when the gates rise.
Proud owner of a safetran mechanical bell and Griswold mechanical bell along with a pair of safetran 12x20 lights and a 8 inch light. Been a fan of trains since I was little. Main place I railfan on, The Sedalia Sub.

Doesn't sound that bad, might just need some adjustment on the raising side, might just be the power current that is causing the bell to ring less, but then again i ain't a signal maintainer.

Yep. MNA train too! Google has also caught some other crossings in my hometown in action as well! And back when the crossings had incandescent lights too.

another video I took of this crossing after I got out of school. So far the wch mechanical bell on the closest signal is still holding on.

Another video of this crossing I took, but this time a westbound mix freight came by. My first freight train I caught at this crossing since I mostly filmed Amtrak trains at Vermont Ave. Also the first time seeing this crossing malfunction after the train passed.

Recorded on 6-8-20. Another video I have shot at this crossing. Figured I update this post as I haven't posted any videos of this crossing since January. Reason was due to me taking a break of making posts about this crossing since I'm sure everybody has seen this crossing enough on here. Thankfully the dual wch mechanical bells remain in service.

Recorded on 7-7-20. Another vid I took of Vermont. Thankfully UP hasn't bothered to replace the bells here. It's always fun to film this crossing once awhile.
