The crossing signals also fail to operate in the video. I wonder if the piece of missing rail could be the culprit? Here is the crossing on GSV:

UP 8664 (SD70ACe) can be seen leading an intermodal train with an older SD70ACe of some sort, the engineer seems to take delight in being filmed, and gives some blasts of the horns. (3:02)
At 3:16 you can also see a stopped hopper train
Also at 3:26 and 3:34 you can see idling MOW vehicles.
Another intermodal train can be seen at 4:37, although stopped. 5 seconds later at 4:42 a stopped grain train can be seen.
