Found this CSX train at Wauhatchie, TN waiting to transfer from what I believe is the CSX W&A Sub to the CSX Chattanooga Sub.
It has a YN3 ES40DC leading:

Don't believe they have. Got a couple of videos of the leading engine back in 2014, if you want hear how they sound. Said engine has also since been repainted.
