That's an SD40-2. A GP40-3 would be in the 6000-series.

I don't know what made me think it was a GP40-3, i mean't SD40-3, It's the beacon in the middle that made me think it was a Dash 3, but if memory serves me correctly newer models have them at the front

SD40-3s are in the 4000 series on CSX.

Quite possibly the cheapest repaint job I've ever seen. They could have at least used the same shade of orange to make it look like it's their own engine, and not former BNSF.
