Yeah, I found that out later. I also found out most, if not all of their "RS3LRs" are actually Prime PM920s. Still unusual for them to have a K-series horn of any type. It probably was installed after the CP takeover of the DM&E/ICE system, since they have Canadian-tuned horns in abundance.
