Above the post editor, you'll want to scroll down and see a menu, you'll want to click "Upload attachment"
Then, where it says "No file chosen" click "Choose File"
Find the image you want, then double click that image to put it in the "Filename"
Click "Add the file" and viola! Your image is uploaded.

Alternatively, you can also use the "Img" button (Next to URL) to upload your image.
(Unfortunately, i cannot upload via URL via Flickr since if i right click it zooms in on the image)

Ok will try

With Flickr, you go to the "Share Photo" button in the lower-right (it's an arrow coming out of a box), and when the menu comes up, select BBCode, and from there, select the size you want to share it as. You can then use Ctrl+C to copy the generated BBCode and past it into a post.
