WCH all the way! I really like the quality of their products, although there are some things I would mix and match...
Re: Favorite Signal Company
I've been partial to Griswold since these were the two crossings I visited most frequently growing up:

I just wish WSOR wasn't killing off all their lights now...they've already got to Laurel St. @ Academy St. in Janesville, it's only a matter of time before they at least up those pedastel gates with 12" x 24" L.E.D. lightheads, if they don't replace them altogether.
At least I've got those Type Bs in the basement back home.

Miss the old Harmon days. Worked there for 8 years back in the early 90's. Great company to work for.

Worked for them for 16 years. Ended up leaving and going to Siemens...who bought Safetran (Invensys) 4 months later.NSrailfan4life wrote:Safetran all the way, sucks that they are gone tho!
Re: Favorite Signal Company
I picked GRS...I love the Lex-C lights (8-inchers), probably because that's what I always saw growing up. Wouldn't mind having a set of those.
My second favorite would be Safetran, again because if their 8-inch lights.
Apparently I like stuff that's old and stuff that most other people don't care for...my favorite traffic signals were one of the less durable models ever made, and as a bus driver, I always liked driving the spare bus that no one else would touch...
