They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Ben Franklin

I speak my mind, if you don't like that oh well. I'll have you fill out a hurt feelings report and submit that to my office.

I most likely will not be going further than Morning Dr. in Bakersfield. I wonder if Williamson Rd. in Monolith still has them...

I have caught the following crossings on the site in action on my trip last year:

Lenwood Rd. #1 in Barstow
Bena Rd. in Bakersfield
Private Crossing #1 in Bakersfield(would have caught it at Pepper Dr, but we assumed that it was stopped)
Vineland Rd. in Bakersfield
Truxtun Rd. in Bakersfield
N St. in Bakersfield (2 trains: One switching BNSF, and one Amtrak California)
L St. in Bakersfield(same switching BNSf train as N St.
Kratzmeyer Rd. in Bakersfield
Burbank St. in Shafter(2 trains)
Central Ave. in Shafter(this one was flying!)
We would have caught one at the 12 X 24" Kimberlina, but we missed a train, then caught it at another crossing
6th st. in Wasco: (The train that we missed at Kimberlina)
