Long Island Railroad also seems to only use mechanical bells as far as i have seen! :Smile: :Smile:

I've found three crossings on Google Street View on the LIRR with General Signals e-bells.

I don't see a difference between newer or older, i like both.

I like both, although I do prefer older signals. I actually quite like crossings with a mixture of old and new equipment, but it's nice to have variety.

Quadrant and Ped gets with Harmon Fading LED like our Compton crossings on the Blue Line, DAH BRITE FÉUCHA(idk :LOL: )

Generally, that's the way I feel. Though there are some tasteful new installs, there are also junky-looking ones.

I say both, because the new ones have cool equipment, but standing under a WCH ebell waiting for an Amtrak can get pretty boring. Older ones are cool because of the rarity of the equipment but mechanical bells usually go bad, so I'm tied.
