Re: Favorite Crossing You've Been To?
I've got quite a few.
Murrumbeena Road - I like this late 1970's setup. mainly owing to the rusty looking cantilevers and the old Westinghouse Gate mechs. This crossing also has really odd sounding GS Type 2 E-Bells, which replaced two Safetran M-Bells. Sadly, it won't be around for much longer due to the Skyrail project.
Brunt Road - Despite nearby housing developments fiilling in the empty fields and paddocks to the east of the crossing, it still retains a rural feel to it. Also, one of the crossbucks was missing when I got pictures of it (and still appears to be missing today). Not to mention, the crossing is still a pure 1980's suburban crossing setup! Most of the original equipment (lights, bells, gate mechs, etc.) is still use today.
Evans Road - The unsealed section of the road beyond this mid 1990's setup was closed by the local Casey Council in 2005 due to it being unsafe. Despite it being sealed in recent years, the section of road has remained shut to this date! The signals also been covered in graffiti and active whenever a train comes through. This crossing also has GEC Alsthom lights (which this and two other crossings on the Cranbourne line are the only crossings in the state to have them).

Metro, why do you keep removing Mechanical bells?!

Re: Favorite Crossing You've Been To?
These are some of the best crossings I've been to (and these are some of the crossing that is set to release in FBP's next update)
Sherwood Forest Dr. Baton Rouge, LA
This crossing is one of my favorites because it has a Safetran Hybrid mechanical bell, with a classic Cantilever setup on one of the signals, and the other one just as a Mast setup, and being right next to an intersection.

Wooddale Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA
The reason I like this crossing is because of the Safetran Type 1 electric bell.

Lobdell Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA
This is one of those unusual looking crossings, how the lights on the mast is branched out because of the at-grate crossing angle between the road and the tracks combining the intersection next to the crossing.

https://www.google.com/maps/@30.4711093 ... 312!8i6656
Ascension St, Gonzales, LA
This crossing is a pretty old-looking crossing, but the thing I like most about this particular crossing is the bells for this crossing

https://www.google.com/maps/@30.2369015 ... 312!8i6656
Cherry St. Hammond, LA
I really like this crossing because of the cantilever setup with two pairs of 20" lights, and a pair of 8" lights, and what makes this interesting is that this is a simple 2-lane road.

Proud owner of a Safetran 3rd Gen M-Bell, a GS Type 2 bell, a dead GS type 1 bell, a WRRS M-bell, and a US&S H-2 searchlight signal.

OG signal collection signature, I think.
