Re: Google Street View
This has to be the smallest gas station building I've ever seen!

The town this gas station is located in (Marysville) was devastated by the Black Saturday bushfires in early 2009, which wiped out about 90% of the buildings in the town. Prior to the fires, it appears that a Mitre 10 store and a small Mobil gas station occupied the site.

Here's one of the few houses in Marysville that somehow survived the fires.

Another town devastated by the fires was Kinglake. Hardly anything was left after the firefront passed through the town, as this gas station/convenience store shows.

You can still see where the gas pumps were located.

Managed to grab hold of a 2019 view, appears that the land of where the Italian restaurant and the gas station appear to be getting redeveloped.TrickyMario7654 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 1:41 amAnother town devastated by the fires was Kinglake. Re: Google Street View
I should've referred to the school sign, i swear a few years ago the speed limit was 20 MPH, unless it varies in other states.freebrickproductions wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2020 5:16 pmLooks to be 40 to me:NathanFromEngland wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2020 4:20 pmActive PEEK school signal in WIllow Grove, PA.

Re: Google Street View
Yea, it varies by state, municipality, normal speed limit of the road, etc.NathanFromEngland wrote: ↑Sun Apr 26, 2020 6:19 pmI should've referred to the school sign, i swear a few years ago the speed limit was 20 MPH, unless it varies in other states.freebrickproductions wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2020 5:16 pmLooks to be 40 to me:NathanFromEngland wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2020 4:20 pmActive PEEK school signal in WIllow Grove, PA.

Re: Google Street View
I'm guessing either to let emergency vehicles know that the traffic light has detected them (as some are set-up to do that) or to show that the crossing has gone into a preempt mode (due to the crossing right there).NathanFromEngland wrote: ↑Fri May 08, 2020 8:21 amWhat is the blue beacon light for?

Re: Google Street View
This is certainly a very unusual pedestrian signal, considering half of it is redundant!
