Yea, the sign post is made from cement. There are a few other cement posts in that town as well, along with an old embossed Speed Limit 30 sign.

This 4 way beacon in Arbuckle, California has some interesting signals. It looks as if the signals were reused, then retrofitted with some unknown LED's.
