Just an ICC 16 inch signal. Probably originally incandescent (or possibly neon), but now LED.

Damaged Siemens Helios traffic signal, wonder how this happened, couldn't be a truck hitting the signal as i can't expect it to cause the right arrow section to partially hang, maybe installation error?
