Youtube's new moving thumbnails

Did anyone notice that Youtube made it so when you hover over a video's thumbnail a short preview of the video appears where the thumbnail is? I thought it was kind of interesting. What do you guy's think about it?

Never noticed. It reminds me of Bing Videos, where if you hover over it plays four preview clips.
