Yesterday, i was watching this video, and in one of the clips i saw, i saw a truck that suffered a load shift and overturned when it made a turn at an intersection, when the load spilled onto the side of the road, it was right at a control box which may've either damaged it/knocked it over?
This is when the signals enter flash mode, now i am aware that if a control box is struck by a vehicle, then no power will run to the signals. Eventually the signals seem to reset and enter normal operations, i wonder whether it entered into a backup battery mode?
Here's the video itself, you will need to skip to 8:09
Signals entering flash mode then resuming normal operations?
