I need help downloading WeatherStar 4000 Emulator Windows 7

Yeah, I downloaded the XNA Framework. It's the .NET Framework 4.5 that doesn't work for some reason. I downloaded version 4.0 but I still have to work with that. I am going to delete the .NET Framework 4.5 and see if I can use version 4.0 to make it work.

I did what they said and downloaded the other files (.NET Framework 4.0 and XDA Framework) But now, I am having this error. It has the title of Corrupted Files: "Some of the simulator's files are either missing or corrupted. This can be fixed by reinstalling the program." This is really disappointing because I have gotten so far. I really need help with this.

I tried it on a different computer and it worked, I will have a video up of it when I set it up. Thanks for all of your help!

I would suggest using audio from the YouTube developer tools. I can't even post my simulator videos on Facebook with commercial artist MP3's... they just get KO'ed after processing saying I used copyrighted audio. Feels like fair use to me, especially if I'm not using them for monetization... but, whatev's.
