Finally!
I Finally got WeatherStar 4000 Emulator working on my computer. My Windows 7 Laptop died in Late June so I just got a new computer (that explains why I haven't been active lately). I downloaded it on my new computer and now it is up and running! I still need to add music which will probably be added tomorrow. Here is a video:
