UGH, we're not doing very good this season. Today was the 6th time this season we've been skunked. In addition to that, only ONCE this season has more then 4 pricing games been won on one show, which was the Valentine's Day special, but even that was shot down in the end by a double overbid (we went 6 for 6 that day - first time since JUNE).

Will this bad luck streak ever break?!

Too many games are becoming un-winnable anymore...

Yeah, you really have to start knowing your prices now (or pray that you get a skill game). Of course, sometimes I think the contestants/audience makes it harder than it seems...

Yeah, like Let Em Roll or Punchboard, if you can get any punches...

I didn't mention Plinko due to the skunking the last time it was played.

Haha. Today they played "Secret X". As many probably know, you get one free X and have the opportunity to get two more, and the object of the game is to get 3 in a row. Here's a shot of the board:

Image
Well, today, the contestant put the free X in the lower-left, and his first earned X in the upper-left. Unfortunately for him, he missed out on earning the second X and what's more, because he had no Xs on the right side, it was impossible for him to make 3 in a row, and thus, the game was over right then and there! Me and this other student watch the show together (I only get to see up until the first showcase showdown because of a class) and I told him "I have never seen that happen before!". What's more the audience wanted him to put the first earned X in the upper-right instead of the upper left, and guess what? Had he done that, he would have won (secret X was in the center spot of the center column). I was just speechless about that whole play of events...

Today, anyone who made it up on stage got a $500 bonus, as today was Drew's 500th show.
