Update #855

Finally got this update out, three (well, it was supposed to be three, and then the server decided to be slow in uploading...) days after I was supposed to have it posted. I blame laziness, procrastination, and work for that. :Tongue1: Either way, here it is now. I wanted to do a separate update for Alabama since I wasn't able to get to Alabama in the March update as planned, and since I had a few new Tennessee pictures to upload after that update, I decided to go ahead and put them in this update.

Here is what's in this update:
16 pictures and 1 video of 1 updated crossing in Anderson TN.
25 pictures of 1 new crossing in New Hope, TN.
52 pictures of 2 updated crossings in South Pittsburg, TN.
366 pictures and 2 videos of 13 new crossings in Alabaster, AL.
64 pictures of 1 new and 1 updated crossing in Barton, AL.
19 pictures and 1 video of 1 updated crossing in Bass, AL.
46 pictures and 1 video of 1 new crossing in Bridgeport, AL.
363 pictures and 5 videos of 13 new and 1 updated crossings in Calera, AL.
105 pictures and 2 videos of 2 new and 2 updated crossings in Cherokee, AL.
45 pictures and 2 videos of 2 updated crossings in Decatur, AL.
99 pictures and 1 video of 4 new and 1 updated crossings in Falkville, AL.
96 pictures of 9 new crossings in Florence, AL.
81 pictures and 1 video of 3 new crossings in Helena, AL.
37 pictures and 3 videos of 1 new and 2 updated crossings in Hillsboro, AL.
18 pictures and 1 video of 1 updated crossing in Huntsville, AL.
102 pictures and 1 video of 3 new crossings in Jemison, AL.
19 pictures of 1 new crossing in Lacon, AL.
48 pictures and 2 videos of 1 new crossing in Leighton, AL.
41 pictures and 1 video of 1 updated crossing in Muscle Shoals, AL.
1 video of 1 updated crossing in Paint Rock, AL.
223 pictures and 1 video of 8 new crossings in Pelham, AL.
1 video of 1 updated crossing in Scottsboro, AL.
71 pictures and 2 videos of 2 updated crossings in Stevenson, AL.
20 pictures and 1 video of 1 updated crossing in Trinity, AL.
26 pictures of 1 new crossing in Tuscumbia, AL.
26 pictures of 1 new crossing in Vinemont, AL.
35 pictures of 1 new crossing in Wilhites, AL.

It's not too large of an update, with only 63 new crossings; 20 updated crossings; 2,025 pictures; and 30 videos, but it's still pretty decently sized. Let me know if any of y'all spot any errors! I went through and corrected all of the "created" and "last updated" dates in the earlier pages I made/updated for the update (even though they're wrong again now), so all of the header-area errors should be fixed. That doesn't mean I didn't miss any anywhere else, so please let me know if you see any!

Hillsboro, AL not having a link to it on the Alabama index page has also been corrected with this update.

Real life (job, family, school, socialization) should always come before the website. No need to get it rushed onto us even though you do have upload dates set. :TUP2:

Wow! Crazy how that little railroad at the Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum has its own public crossings with their own crossing ID! Do both of the crossings count as one?

From what I could tell, yes they do.

That is pretty odd, I'm surprised that the FRA would have the crossing(s) on their database. I wonder if this is the only miniature railroad in the United States with public crossings?

They should have counted it as two crossings. I wonder why they didn't.

This is crazy! The FRA lists the miniature railroad's name as the operator!
