Mike's Railroad Crossing Forum

In preparation for future updates from Michigan, I decided to split the state into 3 sections like Illinois and Ohio, with A-K, L-Q, and R-Z towns, plus add my color coding system to the pages. Thankfully, with the towns that are already on the state, the split was pretty fairly balanced this time. I still have to go back and edit the links on the towns I posted, but other than that, everything else should be as is, but if something is out of place, let me know.
