Apparently many of my regulars are not paying attention to the "How To Submit" section lately, so I'm posting the #1 most violated rule here, and I need EVERYONE to pay close attention.
Many, approximately 25-50% of my regulars are submitting pictures that are in 640x480 resolution. As it states in my "How To Submit" section, this file size is not allowed, and will be rejected. 640x480 is ONLY okay for scaled signals.
PLEASE!!!! Stop sending 640x480!!!!!!!
800x600 resolution is an okay size, but 1024x768 is the preferred size for submissions.

640x480 is a common size for pictures taken off a camcorder. I used to send them occasionally when I had nothing else on a particular crossing, but I won't be sending them anymore.

Re: 640x480 Violations (EVERYBODY READ!!!)
Unfortunately, hard drive and DVD camcorders only capture in 640x480 resolution, which is something I really hate. They really need to upgrade to a higher quality big time. 3 MP would work great for a HDD or DVD camcorder Today.
