Help from Public

From time to time, I may require help in an area where my regulars normally don't frequent as often, or at all.
If the general public can help in problems that have arisen, please email me.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Please have some proof so that the leads may not be wild goose chases as I've had in the past. Please provide a link, or take pictures (which I will accept from non-regulars ) to document the changes.
Also, if pictures are taken, DO NOT USE 640x480 resolution. 800x600 is okay, but 1024x768 is recommended.
Information sent in without proof will be treated as a rumor until proven otherwise.
