I have continuously been unable to put in video URL's correctly. It's been rather annoying since I know there can be videos straight off the threads. I want this thread for other users to consult if newer users have the same problem. Someone help answer please.

Don't use the share option or whatever on YouTube. On the video you are viewing, copy the web address off of your browser... example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cW4IKwSN2pI. Note... on mine it will sometimes put https instead of http. If it does this, you need to remove the "s".
You then hit the YouTube option and paste the web address in between. It will look like this on your screen:
