I actually had to stop and restart a portion of the upload because the queued files kept failing to transfer.

Well, I've been able on access several of the crossings added in the update.
Also, I've sent another crossing to you.

Yea, a number of the crossings can be accessed, as it's always that way (pretty much), but the update isn't complete yet.

Okay, it took me deleting the entire Tennessee directory, but it seems to be uploading fine now.

Tennessee is still having tons of difficulty, so the update will be delayed until further notice. Not sure what's causing the errors.
