Are you sure there's a Teardrop bell?

Interesting crossing. I'm currently going to see how far that crossing is from me.

Cheers,
Joshua

Yes it is a teardrop. I found this crossing about 2 years ago on Street View.

The crossing is about 20 or so miles south of Springfield (my hometown). I have seen this crossing in action before and will try to get a video of it sometime.

Not easy though, because there are only a few trains per week through here going to the Kincaid power plant about 10 miles east of Pawnee.

I&M also runs at least one short train to pick up ash from the power plant, it usually has 5-10 cars and one I&M locomotive (typically an RS1325 or SD18), i caught this train at the 5th Street crossing (the one with the e-bell) back in 2008.
