New crossing, new town.

Post by Andrewsaxamophone » Sun Feb 08, 2009 5:13 pm

When I was driving back from Ottawa, I took side streets home instead of taking the highway so that I could stop at Eola yard. On the way, I crossed the Illinois Railnet tracks and stumbled upon this really weird pedestrian crossing.

I have to agree... that could have been planned out much better to make it mix in better with the rest of the area. Those signals, especially the closes once stand out like sore thumbs!

:Scared: That's bad...
You think your car gets bad mileage? SP 4449 consumes 10 gallons of bunker oil and 100 gallons of water every mile.
