On the topic of the error, it doesn't just happen when I quote someone, it pops up whenever I post anything.

The error seems to be related to the e-mails not being sent.

Hey man I remember you from a long time ago, I'm still subscribed to you on YouTube.
Anyways I've fixed this error for now, but if it comes back (which could happen if we don't get more space on the site) let me or one of the admins know.

As Paul stated, he fixed the error and the e-mail notifications also work again.
Everything seems to be working normal, but if that error does come back for anyone make sure to let us know.
