Site issues surrounding Google Chromes new interface?

I noticed that for an unknown reason the words appear to be missing, but if you hover your mouse a few times the text appears in its proper format.
I'd like to know whether this is something to do with either my PC or everyone.

Disable all extensions and enable them one-by-one to see if you can rule any of them out.
