It's still there, but unusable. This is due to the fact that the thumbnail, which the link was used on, was being drawn from the Michigan directory on the site (specifically, here).

However, when Tommy recently split Michigan into three parts, he failed to update that link, causing to server to return a 404 error when trying to load the picture. As it appears the picture doesn't have a set size, it automatically defaults to 0 pixels by 0 pixels, causing it to be inaccessible. I'll see about fixing it soon, as I'm about to head to work.
