Trains on google street view.

Can't have signals without railroads, so talk about your favorite locomotives, railroads and any other (non signal) railroad related stuff.

Weird for a 41 year old. However 6079 was built in 1975! So that locomotive is 42 or may be approaching is 42nd birthday, Happy birthday NS 6079!

Looks to have been a local freight, as that's typical power for NS locals down here.

NS 9015 & NS 9661 located in New Orleans, LA waiting on a signal. I was first looking at the 180 degree u-turn of the road by viewing the street view and this is where I came across the 2 NS locomotives.

Looks like there was once a crossing there, so that would be where the road split in two for a median.
Also, street view caught the same pair of Dash-9s from the other side:

Train on a rural passive private crossing. This doesn't look like a line that you'd expect to have much traffic.

CSX 7781, as it's a Dash-8. CSX 8781 is/was an SD60 (IIRC).
