Based on the bases, the bells may be Griswolds too!
Someone from Poland got a video of this crossing in 2016. Apparently the Griswold mechanical bells were later replaced with Safetran Type 3s before the crossing was closed entirely earlier this year:

Despite having 2 Safetran mechanical bells, they may no longer work since the crossing was downgraded a few years ago.
