Looks like the GS Type 1 at Tracy Road in Hilliard, Florida is starting to have issues of its own. (Skip to 1:23)

The WCH mechanical bell is still dead there.

The flat WCH mechanical bell featured in a video earlier in the thread is still there, along with another weak-sounding WCH mechanical bell at 3:10 in this video:

Sounds like that first one is just hitting some rust inside.

Looks like this WCH bell is having a issue between its level of speed and the gong itself.
